If Only...
When I was about 13, I really wanted to be that guy.
Even now I occasionally feel a twinge of sadness that I'll never be able to patrol an icy waste on the back of a giant lizard. Life can be crushingly unfair sometimes.
Hmm... Maybe riding a lizard in frozen wilderness is out of the picture, but it's probably not impossible that we could genetically engineer you a mount like that... At least, it could probably done within the next five to ten years by relaxing certain pesky ethical laws...
I bought that print at Gen Con one year. I don't remember which year it was exactly... But since I've only been there once in my life I can probably narrow it down to somewhere in the late 80's or early 90's. I do remember that it was the release of 2e. Anyone know what year that was? I'm guessing 91? Nonetheless, that was by far my favourite Parkinson piece.
That's a Keith Parkinson piece, isn't it? Love his stuff.
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean...

ReplyDelete(you'd let me have a turn too, right?)

ReplyDeleteJeff: I think it was 1989 that 2nd edition was released.
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous of your print. I want it.
